Services FAQ

I offer fair, value-based pricing based on the scope and complexity of each project. While I don’t offer deep discounts, I’m open to right-sized solutions and flexible payment schedules for the right fit.

Both. For clearly defined deliverables, I prefer flat-rate pricing. For ongoing work or exploratory projects, I bill hourly. Retainers are available for clients who want consistent availability and support.

Scope, timeline, clarity, and complexity. Well-scoped projects with clean handoffs are faster and cheaper. Rush jobs, unclear specs, or legacy messes cost more (but I’m great at taming them).

My schedule fluctuates, but I typically book 2–6 weeks in advance for larger projects. For smaller updates or consultations, I can usually fit you in within a week.

Yes — I offer reduced rates for select projects aligned with causes I care about, like climate resilience, accessibility, or neurodivergent caregiving. Let’s talk.
